Regulatory Framework

The repository is home to the body of laws, legislations, acts of parliament relevant to the operationalization of the Petroleum Hub.

The Phub in the execution of its mandate will issue regulatory statements which shape the nature of engagement between partners, vendors across the value chain. These quasi policy statements are expected to be binding upon all inhabitants of the hub.

The PHDC as the primary custodian of the hub shall issue guidelines in enablement of value the efficiency of the Phub. These statements are meant to guide key players across the hub in their quest to inch further towards meeting the laws of the Republic of Ghana.

The repository is intended to provide leading practices as evidenced globally. Such leading practice is expected to cover but not limited to technology, systems & data integration, Health & Safety, engineering practices and so on
