The Petroleum Hub Development Corporation on Friday 18th of October joined the people of Ezinlibo in the Western Nzema Traditional Area to celebrate their annual Kundum festival under the theme, “Unity and Community Development”.

CEO of the PHDC Charles Owusu was represented as the Special Guest, by a delegation from the Corporation led by the Manager, Community Liaison Ernest Kofie.
He commended Nananom for their consistent and stellar organization of the Kundum Festival year on year and underscored the need to organize events and projects that bring people together such as festivals, clean-up campaigns and sporting activities. These experiences he said, help to create bonds and a sense of common identity.
The delegation on behalf the CEO, made a cash donation to the people and presented a quantity of bottled water, and a variety of alcoholic beverages.
Ezinlibo is one of twelve communities to be affected under the Petroleum Hub Development enclave.
The Petroleum Hub Project will create over 780,000 direct and indirect jobs for the people of Jomoro and Ghanaians in general. It is also expected to boost economic growth significantly across the country
