The CEO of the National Petroleum Authority (NPA), Godwin Edudzi Tameklo, has reiterated the regulator’s commitment to ensuring that Ghanaians secure a significant share of investments within the entire value chain of the country’s petroleum sector, with a particular focus on the downstream industry.
In an interview with the PHDC Communications team at the opening of a two-day Downstream Dialogue organized by the Chamber of Oil Marketing Companies (COMAC), Mr. Tameklo highlighted the importance of adhering to Ghana’s local content policies for the downstream petroleum sector.
He further emphasized that the NPA will actively engage with key industry stakeholders to establish a reliable and adequate supply of refined petroleum products to meet the needs of all Ghanaians.
